She is the founder and director of Creative Minds Healthcare Solutions and Creative Minds Work Publications. Through Where Voices Matter, Lady T brings real-world knowledge, compassion, humor, and honesty to conversations about healthcare, caregiving, family, faith, business, personal growth, and the issues people do not always feel comfortable discussing.

NURSE J

Nurse J is a registered nurse (BSN), educator, entrepreneur, and overcomer with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. A licensed Assisted Living Administrator and certified CPR instructor, she turned becoming a teenage mother into fuel to beat every statistic and build a thriving career. On Where Voices Matter, Nurse J brings clinical expertise, resilience, and an authentic perspective to conversations about healthcare, faith, healing, finances, and personal growth reminding listeners that circumstances never determine the future

Lady Anchor is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, Master Herbalist, and CPR instructor. She is the owner of Cup of Herbs and founder of Hands of Life Training, bringing grounded wisdom to conversations about health, healing, relationships, business, and personal growth.
